A Non-Contact Solution for Fly Ash Level Detection
How to Install
One unique product feature of Ecyrstal CAS is its easy installation. It does not require interrupting the plant operation in order to install, to trouble shoot or to replace the unit. The installation is done by fixing it to a angle steel, then attach it to the hopper wall. Therefore it can co-exist with current installed sensor until CAS proves itself as a reliable, dependable and durable product ready to replace the previously installed ones.
Attach angle steel to the hopper wall
Size of steel angle: 500mm*50mm*50mm (L×W×H)
1. Horizontally fix steel angle of mounting hole and leveling it with
level ruler.
2. Weld the steel angle after leveling to hopper wall or other fix
points on exterior container wall.
3. Use 2 M8 nuts, 2 flat gaskets and 2 spring cushions to fix sensor
on angle steel .
Connecting wires
- Disconnect power before connect wire to the conduit point to prevent electric shock.
- Strip the insulation coat of cables and run cables through cable lock; insert a small screwdriver into the square hole at top of the conduit terminal, and insert the wires into the round hole at bottom of the conduit terminal. Pull out the screwdriver and lock up inserted wires.
- Before powering on, ensure its housing is correctly connected to common grounding point.
